Please look at the angle 2 weeks after bulbous nose surgery

I had the protruding bone shaved down, had bulbous nose surgery (tip suturing and ear cartilage inserted), and had silicone inserted. I know it was a major surgery, so there would be a lot of swelling, but even now, 2 weeks later, the nasal ala area is still protruding. The doctor says it will gradually go down and not to worry, but how does it look to you all? Can it really become a smooth nose with time? The line bothers me so much. When I look at other people’s photos, no one has such an angular shape... I’m worried it might harden like this, so I can’t even sleep. I’m concerned that I may need to consider revision surgery.
