Some people asked me by private message.. I had silicone put in 20 years ago, but it became crooked and protruded, so 5 years later I replaced it with 1 mm, but then another 7 years later I could see it protruding to my eyes and my nasal tip split.. so I had it removed and had ear cartilage nasal tip binding done.. only the nasal tip.. But right after it was done, a piece protruded to one side of the nasal tip, so part of it was removed, and then a few days later the other side protruded, so I asked them to take it all out, but the clinic only removed part of it again.. I lived thinking it had been completely removed.... Then after 5 years passed, it protruded sharply again toward the nasal ala side, and I don’t know if it was a removal scar or what, but the dorsum side of the nasal tip was indented,, But strangely enough, after five years passed, now it shows.. I went to the plastic surgery clinic where I had the procedure, and they yelled and made a huge fuss, saying that because of aging, my own cartilage was protruding.. The original clinic said they had removed everything.. Even I, seeing the protrusion, was completely fooled.. Had it removed again by a closed approach One side was not removed.. The clinic made a huge fuss, saying they had seen all kinds of mentally ill people asking to have their own cartilage removed.. Had it removed again by an open approach 3 weeks later
