I've had only my nose operated on three times.. This April, after five months, I had my second revision.. so I've had three surgeries. I had augmentation rhinoplasty with ear cartilage, septal cartilage, and alar reduction. But they raised the nasal bridge by 4 mm and raised the nasal tip by about the same, so with straight-looking nostrils plus alar reduction.. it became even uglier.. On top of that, the silicone moves The nasal tip also shakes. But the biggest problem is that the nasal tip is uneven.. I don't know if it's because the alar reduction was done unevenly or because of something else.. One nostril shows more and seems more upturned, I guess.. When I touched it, the bone on one side was higher up. It seems like they made the two sides different while manipulating the ear cartilage or nasal tip. If the nose is even 1 mm off, it seems to stand out more.. Maybe because my nose is small.. it looks very different Now I'm exhausted and worn out from revision surgery, and all I can think is that I just want to remove it.. I've suffered so much for a year They manipulated the nasal tip this much.. Is it okay to remove it If anyone had surgery like me and then removed it, please give even a little advice.. I'm really desperate..... I want to at least remove the septal cartilage and silicone.. It would be good if all the ear cartilage could be removed too, but.. I'm scared Everyone, please give me even a little information... Oh, and if I do remove it, please tell me whether it would be better to remove it at the hospital where I had surgery.. or go somewhere else for removal Since it's the place where three surgeries failed.. I'm worried whether it would be okay to get the removal there too..

I asked other hospitals too (3 to 4 places), and they said that if a support piece was used, they would do it as an open procedure to remove it more accurately. But I saw somewhere that if it’s done open, scar tissue forms more…
