Those who have had removal...

I’m planning to have it removed almost six months after my nose surgery.. There isn’t anything wrong, but I think about my nose all day, and the changed impression of my face still feels unfamiliar, so I’m going to remove it, but I’m scared.... My original nose was also very low and small.. I had a 5 mm silicone implant put in, shaved down a hump that wasn’t even visible to the eye, and had a septal strut? the part between the nostrils) I’m not sure if it was septal extension at the nasal tip. Looking at posts here, there don’t seem to be people like me who raised it as much as 5 mm, and they only say that if I remove it, it won’t go back to the way it was before, and that because the skin stretched, it will become wrinkly, without saying anything else. Does that mean I have to keep living on with the skin stretched out and wrinkly..? From what I’ve read, they also say the nose can turn up or get bigger, but when the hospital even says it may become wrinkly, I feel like I’m really going to lose it. For those who raised it a lot or were similar to me, what usually happened after removal? Just like I lived holding my breath after nose surgery, I’m scared that after removal I’ll go back to that kind of life again...
