Everyone who had nose surgery, please~

It's the second day since my nose surgery.. it's a revision surgery.. The first surgery only shaved down the hump on my nose, but it wasn't shaved enough, so this time they narrowed it with osteotomy and shaved it down again.. But today, when I changed the cotton packed at the tip of my nose and looked at it, my nose looked completely upturned... and my nostrils also had this weird inverted-triangle shape.. If I search, people say that if you raise the bridge or do the tip, once the swelling goes down the tip will settle back down... But I only had narrowing through osteotomy... Could swelling make it become an upturned nose?? If I search, there are people here too whose nose went up and never came back down...... Please answer..
