7 years ago, I had surgery with nasal silicone and ear cartilage for the nasal tip. Sometimes the nasal tip would turn red and I felt a foreign-body sensation, but this winter it’s gotten especially worse Even just washing my face makes the nasal tip red, and sometimes it throbs too. But since I barely have a nasal bridge to begin with, I’m scared of going back to my original appearance I’m also scared that if I remove only the silicone, the shape of the nasal tip might become strange, and I’m scared that my nose will keep getting red like this. I’ve been worrying for a month For those who removed only the silicone, was the shape okay even with the cartilage left in the nasal tip??
