I had a lot of osteotomy done, so my nose is too slim. If I want it to look a bit wider and broader, like a bulbous nose, is there no way to restore the osteotomized bone areas??? My nose is so slim starting from between my eyebrows that I feel like I’m going to die from distress.... I didn’t want it to be this slim.... If the nasal tip cartilage is tied wider again and the tip is recreated with septal cartilage, can the areas above the nostrils where the osteotomy was done also be matched??? Today I told my mom I was really sorry for being stubborn and getting nose surgery my own way. My mom also showed tears I really want to die Since they did so much osteotomy, even if everything is removed, I don’t think it will go back to my old bulbous nose,,, and I’m scared of contracture too

It’s honestly so hard after rhinoplasty. I’m on day 8, and yesterday I had the splint removed. The nose was cut, there’s no implant, and the nasal tip was supported with septal cartilage.
