About 6 years ago, I didn’t put an implant in the bridge of my nose and only had nasal tip surgery using septal cartilage. But my nose has become blunt and low again. The shape isn’t great either, and my nostrils show, so I want revision surgery At the time of surgery, I had no idea septal cartilage could be absorbed, but I heard it can be absorbed Now the shape is not pretty and it has become low like before surgery. If I have revision surgery and place it on top of ear cartilage, will the shape improve and will the nasal tip become higher again?? Would it be better to do the nasal bridge with silicone together? Or would it be better to do only the nasal tip with ear cartilage? I’ve also heard that ear cartilage can be absorbed, so I don’t know what to do for revision surgery If anyone knows, please, please share information ~~~~~!!
