I really don't know what on earth this is, but I hate when the nostrils show. I mean it. I hate the nostrils showing at all! Like Han Hyo-joo. And I didn't originally have an upturned nose. But maybe the doctor likes noses that are a bit short and upturned; later, when I saw the consultant's nose, I thought, oh no. They lowered the alar rims slightly and made the nose a bit short and upturned. I almost fainted. Putting aside whether it's a problem or not, plastic surgery is about a person's desire and satisfaction. I spent money on it, and I'm saying I'm not satisfied. They say it will come down, it will come down, or whatever, but do they think I'm stupid? This is my second surgery too. What do they mean it will come down when the nose itself is short? Even when I ask them to operate, they kind of drag their feet, and because the doctor is my uncle's friend, it feels even harder to deal with. I'm really upset.
