This time I’m planning to remove the silicone and have an osteotomy. My nose was originally wide and I had silicone placed on it, so there was no frontal effect at all. When viewed from a 45-degree angle, it’s the kind of wide nose where you see a broad nasal dorsum rather than a sharp nasal bridge. I’m depressed I’m scared to have surgery again, but because it’s bone surgery, I’m even more worried and scared. I don’t know how I had my first surgery so fearlessly. I heard there’s also a limit to how much osteotomy can narrow the nose. If I get an osteotomy, will it become slim without side effects? If there isn’t much effect and the side effects are significant, I’m thinking of giving up. If I have the surgery, how much swelling will there be? It’ll be really hard, right?
