(Photos included) I had my nose and paranasal augmentation done together, but I don’t know what the problem is...

It feels like there is no nasal bridge, and only the nasal tip has been pulled out long. When I look in the mirror, I can’t believe how dull-looking a person can seem. It’s been almost a month since surgery, but my eyes still look pulled inward and haven’t gone back. They pulled it so much that the outer corners of my eyes look dragged downward. I’ve been told I look like some strange animal......... I did have nasal lengthening, but can they really make the nasal bridge this low and only pull the tip out in such a dull-looking way like that? The nostril shape from below looks similar before and after. Why does the nose look so blunt from the front? Even after the swelling goes down, will the nostril wings not form? For the paranasal augmentation, I asked by phone today and they said 6 mm was inserted. Even if the area beside my nose was deeply sunken, I wonder if 6 mm is a bit excessive. My whole face has become extremely bizarre-looking. So much so that even a stranger would think I look really unusual. My image changed strangely... but I don’t know whether the nose is the problem or the paranasal augmentation is the problem I don’t know if I need to remove both, or whether removing just the nose implant or just the paranasal implant would be enough I only saw the director for 30 seconds before surgery, so I don’t think they’ll be able to find the cause. And seeing the director is practically like plucking stars from the sky anyway. I’m thinking about removal, and it’s been just under a month now. I wonder if the timing for removal is appropriate... If I remove it, will it go back to how it was...? Also, please look carefully at both cheek areas below the eyes. The indentation that formed in this 八 shape, is that swelling? I didn’t have fat on my face and had a V-line, so why did it become so plump like that? I also had T-osteotomy done, so is the swelling severe because I did too much all at once? Will this 八-shaped swelling disappear when the swelling goes down? Or is it because of the paranasal augmentation? Is it swelling from the T-osteotomy? I’m seriously considering removal.
