I think it’s a scam..

I wanted to have my nose removed, so on January 27 exactly, I visited the clinic and said I wanted my nose removed. They said there was nothing to remove, that nothing had been put in my nose, and that they had only cut and tied the alar cartilage, so I felt relieved and flew back down because my home is in another region... After that, when I touched my nose, it felt like something was moving separately, and it felt like something had been put in, so I went to a local clinic, but they said they couldn’t tell. So I called the clinic where I had it done.. I asked, “It’s definitely true that you only cut and tied my alar cartilage, right?” and they said yes.. So I asked, “Then did you put it in the nasal tip like ear cartilage or alar cartilage?” and they said, “That’s basically how it turned out”... Then when I said I wanted it removed, they told me to just live thinking there’s nothing in my nose.... So for now I said okay, and while I was looking into removal clinics, my mom, who doesn’t know anything about nose surgery, called the clinic. They told her nothing was put in her daughter’s nose, that they had only cut and tied the alar cartilage, and that the part they cut was discarded... And they said that if I have removal surgery, it can only be done between 3 and 6 months no matter what, so my mom says their words are more accurate than mine and that we should think about removal after 3 months... But the clinic I looked into said it has to be done within 2-3 weeks to return to my old nose... I feel like I have no hope now... I don’t have the confidence to just endure and live with it.. I couldn’t even record the phone calls... There’s no way... I had nowhere to vent, so I’m writing it here at least....
