Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

Final review, a month and a half after silicone removal~

At first, after removal, when there was swelling, it looked cute, so I was satisfied~   Then after the residual swelling went down, the lower area between my brows became flat and my face looked uglier, so I was devastated.....   Now I'm extremely satisfied...   For those who had their nose implants removed, this may sound like a lie, but it really changes from week to week and month to month   I think psychological factors play a big role... I'll emphasize it once again: thinking you look unattractive or bad is just your own thought;;;   If you're in the despair phase, wait and don't be disappointed   These days, I'm losing my mind showing people before-and-after photos from when I had silicone and after I removed it lol   Everyone says it looks much prettier removed.. I also think it's much better after removal   When I had silicone, something looked awkward and harsh.. For reference, I'll copy the review I wrote during my despair phase below lol   Oh... I still can't do a piggy nose. When will I be able to? I haven't been able to do it for over 18 years, so I really want to lol   -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------   First, I deleted the two posts I uploaded because they were very positive posts and needed to be deleted. It had been almost 18 years since I had straight silicone implant surgery, and I had osteotomy and hump rasping. First of all, after surgery, there wasn't much difference from before surgery, so I lived disappointed, then suffered emotionally for about 7 years because the silicone showed through at the nasal tip, and finally removed it. The silicone showing through began slightly 7 years ago, and from 3 years ago it showed a lot in earnest. The silicone confirmed after the removal surgery was really short and thin, a little floppy? Anyway, it was really small .. The surgery took less than 20 minutes, and it was done under local anesthesia with a closed approach. The surgery cost was 200,000 won. On the first day after silicone removal, it really hurt, swelled, and there was a little yellow bruising. The nose shape was exactly the same as before silicone removal, and when it was swollen, the nose was plump, cute, and kind of pretty? It hurt for up to a week. The nostrils and nasal tip hurt so much. The swelling was almost all gone, and the nose shape was still similar to before silicone removal and also similar to before surgery. Ah, please focus here lol Now it's day 12. Wow, once all the swelling went down, the nose shape got a bit bad. I think it's probably because of the hump rasping, and the osteotomy also played a part? Before surgery, after surgery, and after silicone removal had all looked the same, but after the swelling completely went down after silicone removal, it got bad.. Please keep that in mind.... I had a nose that didn't need osteotomy or hump rasping, so I thought they probably hadn't shaved much or anything, but it's a bit strange lol My face feels empty. Anyway, that's why I'm writing the review againㅜㅠ
