A week ago I had my hump slightly shaved and osteotomy because of asymmetry~~ But I didn’t like even a slight operated look, so today I went to the hospital and had the 1 mm silicone in the bridge removed, and of the two layers of ear cartilage at the nasal tip, one layer was removed, so now at the nasal tip only one layer of ear cartilage remains. I didn’t remove it because of a foreign-body sensation; I’m still young, and I hated the idea of other people whispering that I had plastic surgery, so I removed it. With this much removed, right now at the nasal tip there is one layer of ear cartilage left.. Of course the support strut is probably still there Once the swelling goes down, it won’t look like I had surgery, right? People must not be able to tell...
