I asked whether, since I have seasonal-change + temperature-induced rhinitis, the surgery could also correct my rhinitis, and he said it was swelling of the mucous membrane rather than a structural problem, so even if I had functional nose surgery it would be the same, and he wouldn’t make me do anything unnecessary. The consultant said, even without me asking, that there is CCTV in the operating room, and that the only doctor who can perform nose surgery at this hospital is Director Kwon, so I didn’t need to worry about proxy surgery. The doctor said he doesn’t leave in the middle of surgery and only schedules three operations a day. I consulted with the doctor for over 20 minutes, and with the consultant for over 30 minutes.

(Personally, I prefer doctors who seem motivated and energetic.) During the consultation, they used the 2NOFIT program and showed me a 3D view. I wanted to ask whether it could be done closed, and when I said, “Can it be done closed as well?” he just said, “I’ll do it for you,” and didn’t say anything else. When I asked, he said there is CCTV and that he doesn’t leave during surgery. I consulted with the doctor and the consultant together for about 20 minutes.
3) ㅇㄴ ㄱㅅㅎ doctor: consultation fee X Materials: 4mm silicone + ear cartilage (both sides) + septal cartilage - I originally planned to see Chief Doctor ㄱㅅㅇ, but the consultation fee was 30,000 won and the event discount couldn’t be applied, so I consulted with Doctor ㄱㅅㅎ instead. His style is straightforward and energetic. He doesn’t draw pictures or show anything in advance with a program, and explains while looking at the nose. My ears are smaller than other people’s, so it felt like he was slightly recommending rib cartilage, but when I said it felt unnecessary for a first surgery, he said we should use ear cartilage on both sides. I asked the consultant about CCTV, and they said there is one, but it is only opened if a problem occurs; otherwise, you have to pay a fee. I was about to ask whether he leaves in the middle of surgery, but it looked like he obviously comes out during the operation, so I didn’t ask. (Maybe because of that, they seem to schedule the surgery time 1 to 1.5 hours longer than the two hospitals I visited before. I had surgery in a place like this for double eyelid surgery before, and it took 3 hours, which was exhausting, so now I avoid it.)
