As someone from outside Seoul, this was my first time in my life taking an express bus to Seoul. The KTX is fast, but there was also some distance from Seoul Station to Gangnam and the clinics I wanted to visit for consultations, and maybe because of the intermediate stops, it was hard to get tickets, so I just went back and forth by bus. If I took the 6 a.m. bus, it took 3 hours and 10 minutes, but I usually allowed about 10 more minutes, so I set hospital appointment times around 10 a.m. / 12 p.m. / 2 p.m.
Sometimes, the clinic would contact me, at the longest a day before and at the shortest 30 minutes before, saying the doctor was in surgery, and that if I came in, there might be extra waiting time. So you have to schedule things with some cushion,,
I work almost every Saturday too, and I maybe get one or two Saturdays off a month, if that. Anyway, even if I go up there at dawn and run around diligently, I can only visit 3 places in a day haha I want to live in Seoul. haha
Anyway, that’s why even though I think doing nose and breast surgery together might be a lot, I’m pushing ahead with it because the only time I get 9 days off once a year is summer vacationㅠㅠㅠ I’m thinking about getting everything done in one shot...(my big dream, my dream...)
Okay, now I’ll get to the point... ㅡㅡㅡ First, my nose has been a complex since I was young, so when editing photos, I was the type who edited my nose first
It feels like a high hump, big nose, bulbous nose, a masculine-looking nose. My face is on the small side, but my nose is big, so it feels like only my nose is visible. I couldn’t really do hairstyles with bangs. Seriously, only my nose showed (ㅠㅠ)
My breasts are AA cup, but not completely flat; I have a pigeon chest and they feel a little wide-set. Anyway, they’re small. No asymmetry, and no upper breast fullness.
Since I have a small frame, I think it would look strange if they were too big, so naturally around a full B to C? (is that natural?) That’s what I want, but seeing people lately, many seem a little disappointed after getting it done... I think I need to think more before surgery.

★Waiting time This was the first consultation I went to on my list, and I waited a really long timeㅠㅠ Even though I arrived about 20 minutes earlier than my reservation time, I waited almost an hour before meeting the consultant. During the wait, I had 3D imaging done. The woman who did the imaging was very kind... so sweet
★Consultation process Consultation with consultant > 20-minute wait > breast consultation > 20-minute wait > nose consultation > consultation with consultant When consulting with the doctor, it wasn’t my assigned consultant, but anyway, another person came in and stayed there.
★Consultation details For the breast consultation, based on reviews of Director ㅅㅈㅇ, he did seem very perfunctory(?) but he did everything that needed to be done. Quick consultation (just over 10 minutes), done. He simply said OK to the implant I wanted and didn’t push anything. Since I wanted Motiva SmoothSilk, he said OK to Motiva SmoothSilk. The nose consultation was relatively thorough. He said I seemed to have a lot of septal cartilage material, but if more material was needed during surgery, donated rib cartilage would be used. Diagnosis: hump, osteotomy, bulbous nose correction, long nose, muscle repositioning(?)
★Conclusion Discount if doing nose + breast together on the condition of partial photo disclosure. Because of the long waiting time and on the condition of booking the same day, they said they would provide an additional discount + filler-dissolving fee + postoperative care service. Preoperative test fee is 200,000 won. If donated rib cartilage is used, it costs extra (post-payment 800,000 won).
The consultant strongly pushed the reservation deposit. (I had to contact them by 5 p.m. to get the same-day booking discount + postoperative care service.) No consultation fee.
Anyway, I didn’t contact them that day, but maybe the next week the consultant contacted me personally on KakaoTalk and said they would still give me the same-day booking discount price.
So what I’m saying is, everyone, if you’re not definitely going to do it at this clinic and you’re still debating and have other clinics left that you want to visit, absolutely do not put down a reservation deposit. If you put down a deposit thinking, “Is this price only for today?” even if they say you can easily get the deposit refunded later, having to contact them and deal with all that seems exhausting...

★Waiting time I arrived almost exactly at the appointment time, but still waited about 30 minutes. While waiting, before the 3D imaging, I took out my piercings, changed clothes, and had the imaging done.

★Consultation details The doctor consulted with me kindly in a gentle voice. He explained side effects well and reassured me by saying it was not a difficult surgery. He also didn’t push any implants.
Surgery possible with a closed rhinoplasty approach. (Later, after visiting a few more places and thinking about it, I was full of doubts because I need an osteotomy, so can that be done closed..? At first, I thought it could be done and was happy.) After looking at the 3D imaging, he said I had a lot of septal cartilage, and that it would be sufficiently possible without using other materials or an implant. Ear cartilage would be used for the nasal tip.
Diagnosis: Nose - nasal tip + bulbous nose + long nose + hump + nasal bone osteotomy Breast - almost no difference between the two sides. Inframammary fold incision, Motiva SmoothSilk (full C, 350 cc)
The assigned consultant didn’t push the reservation deposit much and the consultation was good, but when I wore the sizing bra and tried implants in my chest, I felt anything too big was burdensome,, I thought it felt too heavy with those in, and when I looked in the mirror it was a bit large and unnatural for my body, but she said since I’m paying for it, shouldn’t I do at least this much? It’s fine, it’s pretty. That was a little uncomfortable to hear. I tried to think positively, like maybe it’s because patients usually want bigger sizes, or maybe she was worried I might feel disappointed after surgery..
★Conclusion Discount if doing nose + breast together. They cover 100,000 won of the preoperative test fee. Additional fee for filler removal (I don’t remember the amount). Postoperative care included. No review discount (maybe just not for me).
