It's been one week since removal

I had all of the silicone + septal strut removed, and maybe because of wound contraction, my nasal tip looks lifted. I had the stitches removed today. There isn't much swelling at the glabella. The nasal tip is still blunt. People who left a little of the strut don't seem to have their nasal tip look lifted like mine, but maybe because I removed everything, the slightly lifted nasal tip stands out a bit to my eye. But I don't think it's lifted very noticeably, so I'm thinking of doing some warm compresses and massage to loosen it. If I do that, it will gradually loosen, right? I'm also considering taking Rizaben, but I'm worried about side effects. And when sleeping, it seems it shouldn't get too dry. I think I need to maintain humidity well. When going outside too, I think I need to wear a mask and maintain the temperature well.
