My nose is crooked and it's driving me crazy

It's been 6 months since my nose surgery. I had my slight hump shaved down, alar reduction, 4.5 mm silicone inserted, and ear cartilage inserted. After surgery, when the splint was removed and I looked, my nose was so bulky and the swelling was so severe that I never imagined it might be crooked. As time gradually passed and the swelling went down, my nose became crooked to the point where anyone could see it was completely crooked.. Beyond just being crooked, should I say the silicone is lying over toward the right? I can feel the silicone even when removing eye discharge .. I'm so scared my nose might collapse, and my nose also didn't come out the way I wanted at all, it's still bulky, and it's so hard .. I'm living in pain every single day. After 4 months, when I went for a follow-up, I met the director and told him I thought my nose was crooked, and after touching it, he said yes and said he would do revision surgery for me, but he said it could only be done after 6 months, so I quietly waited, but there's been no contact .. Much more than 6 months has passed, and even though I contacted them today, the hospital only says they will contact me again, and I haven't received a single call all day. I trusted them because it was a large hospital, but the postoperative result is a complete mess, and the management too .. I really don't know what to do .. It really feels like the silicone is going to topple over.. I should have researched carefully before doing it, but I was fooled by sales tactics.. Ha .. really.. completely like stamping out products in a factory.. I'm really upset.. Everyone, get many consultations and research carefully before doing it..
