Because it looks obvious, I’m debating whether to lower it or remove it. Even after several years with silicone, does the nose not change? Like the skin getting thinner with age, or the nose gradually getting lower because of the silicone. I’ll have to carry it around for at least the next 50 years... If I don’t remove it, I’ll lower it, but that worries me too. I’m afraid it will show under light again.
