It has been about a month since my rhinoplasty. They said a semi-ski-slope nose wouldn’t suit me, so I had surgery with a semi-ski-slope line closer to a straight line. The bridge was raised a little more than most people, about 2.5 mm. At first I thought they were raising it too little, but after the surgery I’m glad I listened to the director.. After the surgery, I had less swelling than I expected.. I thought there would be a lot of swelling and bruising.. Now about a month has passed, so a lot of the major swelling has gone down, but the nasal tip still isn’t sharp-looking.. It has become much slimmer than before surgery.. There is still some minor swelling left at the nasal tip, and I really want it to go down quickly... Is there any way to deal with this residual swelling? Is time the only medicine?.. How many months need to pass before even the minor swelling is all gone?
