The first photo is before my nose surgery, and the second photo is after my nose surgery (ear cartilage + septal cartilage + silicone) There isn’t that big of a difference, but after I had lengthening done, my cute image disappeared and I heard a lot that I look stronger I was stressed about having large nostril wings, but my nose got even bigger, so I’m upset..... The nose itself looks okay, but I don’t think it suits my face, so I’m planning to remove it It has been a little over 5 months since surgery, but they told me to wait until 6 months, so I’m waiting The clinic says that if I remove everything, since it’s a nose that had lengthening, the nose can become smaller and lift up But if I only remove the silicone here, I think the nostril wings will look too big And I’m scared to have revision surgery again I just want to remove it I’m so scared about what if the nasal tip lifts... Is there anyone who had lengthening and then removed everything?
