After everything was done, unlike what I had imagined, my nose looked too artificial.. From the side, my nose looked extremely long. I tend to have cheek fat, and with the cartilage tying too, when I smiled it looked like a hooked nose, so it really didn’t suit my face. So I told the doctor, and after hearing that removing the silicone from the bridge would make it much better, I had it removed. It got better than before, but because of the pinched nose and the ear cartilage, the columella looks long.. When I look at my face, my nose looks long, so I look olderㅠㅠ At first the doctor said they had raised my nasal tip, but from the side it droops like a straight nose. So tomorrow I’m planning to completely remove the nasal tip work. The doctor said that if I remove the nasal tip work, it will droop more. Is that true? So will my nose get even longer? When I read removal reviews here, if you remove the nasal tip work, doesn’t the columella area of the nose contract and lift up? The surgery is literally tomorrow, but hearing that it will droop more is making me conflictedㅠㅠㅠㅠ
