Hump osteotomy + nasal tip septal cartilage + septal support graft + AlloDerm on the nasal bridge I had surgery and had everything removed after just 3 weeks. I went to a different hospital, not the one where I originally had it done, and had everything removed. I confirmed it with my own eyes and saw the photos too. After removal, the pulling sensation in my nose when I lowered my head definitely went away, and the feeling that my nose was tied down when I smiled? That’s gone too. The nasal bridge has definitely gotten lower, and although I had the hump shaved down, maybe because my original nose was on the higher side, I don’t really care about the shape of the bridge. What bothers me is that for about a week after removal, my nose was soft. Now I’m 3 months post-op, and maybe it’s just my imagination, but it feels the hardest it has ever been... Since a few days ago? lol Is this something like contraction? I’m thinking it’s because of scar tissue. For those who had removal, how long did nasal tip hardness last? I heard it gradually loosens from 6 months onward.. I’m worried it might stay hard forever... Please give me advice
