After the nose surgery, I think it came out really well, but there seems to be one stitch left inside my nose. I can't tell whether it's a stitch or a nose hair, and the hospital is too far away, so can I try pulling it out myself???

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
