It's been 11 years since my nose surgery. Can I have it removed? I'm scared of contracture????

About a month and a half ago, my child hit me on the nose, and since then my nose has felt really bad, heavy, and slightly throbbing.... The hospital says it isn't inflammation, but the bridge of my nose is getting red.. Maybe because I'm slow to notice, I only found out after going to the hospital... Whether it's a silicone contracture phenomenon, my nose has been turning upward for several years and the nasal tip has become very hard... From the front, my nostrils show, and from the side it looks like my nose has become much shorter, like Michael Jackson's~~~ I regret so much why I had nose surgery so thoughtlessly at such a young age. These days I spend the nights awake... I have no idea at all whether they put silicone inside or Gore-Tex, only that they used nasal cartilage.... I thought about getting a CT scan, but the hospital said even if I took one they wouldn't be able to tell well, so they told me not to, and I just came back.... The place where I had surgery is already gone... I'm too scared of revision surgery, so I'm thinking about removal, but will my nose turn up a lot... I'm so scared it will become a pig nose.... My husband doesn't know, and neither do my in-laws... I've lived with this face for over 10 years, and if I take everything out from inside my nose and it looks strange, I feel like people will whisper about me... The hospital said there would be contracture, but I have no sense at all of how much it will go up... Or they say to remove only the silicone, leaving the nasal tip as it is, but even then, wouldn't the nose shape look strange.... And if I only remove the silicone and do surgery to lower just the nasal tip with ear cartilage, will contracture not happen????? Some hospitals say remove only the nasal bridge implant, and some say remove both the silicone and cartilage, so I'm really confused.... Everyone, please give me your advice... I don't know anyone around me who has had surgery, and this is the only place I can ask.... If I remove both the silicone and cartilage, will I get a lot of contracture? I think I raised it quite a lot.. Will it become a pig nose to the point of looking awful,.. My nostrils are already showing.......
