I only had my nasal tip done

I had surgery where they tied the cartilage and added ear cartilage. My nose wasn’t originally low, but I didn’t like that it looked spread out, so I didn’t do the bridge, and they said they would only raise it by 2 mm with ear cartilage. But after having it done, my nasal tip stood up way too prominently, and my nose became one where only the tip stuck out roundly with a visible boundary. It even got worse as the swelling went down.. When I went for my one-month follow-up, they said it was because my original nasal cartilage was well developed.. and that revision surgery right away wouldn’t be good, so they said they would first inject filler only in the sunken-looking area that was casting a shadow. I thought about it because I didn’t want to live with this nose for half a year, and at least wanted the line to look less indented, so I got it.. They said if it’s still like this after half a year, we can do revision surgery.. Usually they say the nasal tip comes down (since I only had ear cartilage added without even a support strut.. I can only hope it really does, please) Yesterday, someone I met for the first time even told me I looked like Pinocchio.. It really hurt. I guess nose surgery isn’t something to take lightly. Has anyone’s roundly protruding nasal tip improved..? I just wish my nasal tip would at least come down
