Question about revision rhinoplasty~

Hello,

I’m asking because I’d like to get advice about revision rhinoplasty~ 9 months ago, at a clinic that said they would operate without implants, I had osteotomy + slight hump shaving + correction of a deviated nose + raising the septum with a septal support. My original nose had a slight hump, and it was an arrow-shaped nose that drooped slightly downward when I smiled, so I only wanted to correct the slightly protruding hump.. But the doctor said there would be no need to operate just for that, so to correct the arrow-shaped nose, they slightly raised only the nasal tip using the septum.

Currently I have no side effects at all, but because of the hard foreign-body sensation in the nasal tip and the sunken area in the middle of the nasal bridge.. I’m considering revision surgery. The tip itself looks pretty, but maybe because they shaved the bridge, the connection between the nasal bridge and the nasal tip doesn’t look natural.

The clinic where I had surgery says they will fill the sunken area with AlloDerm free of charge.. But AlloDerm, an artificial dermis, seems to have many side effects such as absorption ㅜ ㅜ

What I’m curious about is, in cases like mine where a contour depression on the nasal bridge is filled, even if it’s filled with AlloDerm, will it almost all be absorbed after a long time and return to its current state? Or will even a little remain and have an effect in filling the depression? I heard AlloDerm is also difficult to remove once it’s done, and that there can be side effects like redness on the nasal dorsum.. I’m so worried it might create another concern later.

Because I’m so worried about AlloDerm, I’m 90% leaning toward removing the septal cartilage altogether. I also don’t like that the nasal tip feels hard. They say that when removing it, they have to be careful about the tip turning up.. But for someone like me whose tip was originally long like an arrow-shaped nose, will it lift a lot like contracture? If it lifts slightly just enough to no longer be an arrow-shaped nose, that would actually be a relief, but I’m scared it might lift too much. Also, if the hump was shaved slightly, will the nose become too low if the septal cartilage in the tip is removed? ㅜㅜ Since I had osteotomy, the nasal bridge did become slightly narrower.

Even before surgery, I didn’t want a high nose, so I just hope it can become a round, cute nose.. I’m really conflicted about whether removal is possible and whether I might regret it again.

I’d appreciate advice from people who successfully had removal done or who had a nose similar to mine. I’m scheduled to have another consultation with the doctor next week.. I really want this surgery to be the last.
