Nose Re-Surgery

My nose surgery turned out so well

I’m 5 months post-op, everything has settled, and my nose looks so pretty in a way that suits my face. I had it done at a really good hospital, and I had osteotomy + hump shaving + septal cartilage for the nasal tip. My nasal bridge was already quite high, so nothing was placed on the bridge, and that’s why the line came out well. The problem is that the part where septal cartilage was added to the nasal tip hurts if I press it hard, and when I’m conscious of it, it feels heavy and uncomfortable. I also can’t twist my nose however I want (it can twist almost freely side to side, but absolutely not up and down), and honestly, I’m worried that some side effect might happen someday. Because I pursue a very natural look (then honestly I probably shouldn’t have had plastic surgery in the first place), feeling uncomfortable about this one piece of septal cartilage is becoming stressful. Should I remove this or not? If I remove it, the nasal tip will get lower and look worse than now, but I’ll gain comfort... Please give me advice!
