I had under-eye fat repositioning and micro-fat grafting at a fairly famous clinic a year ago. Since I live far away, I only had the surgery and couldn't receive aftercare or anything, but it was still expensive. At the time, I figured it was because it was a specialized clinic, but thinking about it now, I did get somewhat overcharged haha. I have tear troughs, naturally severe dark circles, and thin skin, so the doctor honestly told me before surgery that they wouldn't disappear completely Still, deep down I hoped for dramatic results.. but they really can't all disappear. The doctor was honest. Still, compared with how I looked before, I feel like I look human now lol. Now the hollowness under my eyes is slowly coming back I think I may need to consider revision surgery. Sigh
