I had double eyelid surgery

I had double eyelid surgery.. haha Since it's a review, I'll just write casually First, before surgery, my eyes were saggy and sunken from using double eyelid glue too much, and just hopeless... But I had double eyelid surgery with the buried suture method My sunken upper eyelids improved and people around me reacted like it turned out really well. The mucous membrane showed at the front of my eyes and my epicanthal folds were deep, but the doctor said the mucous membrane was visible and that we shouldn't do epicanthoplasty, so really I just only had buried-suture double eyelid surgery At first it felt large and bold, but after 6 months it became really natural, almost like an inner double eyelid. Actually, I think a slight inner-double-eyelid look suits my face, so I'm satisfied

But the problem is, because I didn't do epicanthoplasty, the epicanthal folds are too severe ...ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ... what. should. I. do?? But even when I look at my eyes, they are absolutely not eyes that should get epicanthoplasty. The lacrimal caruncle is visible, so if more shows, I feel like I'll get exotropia I heard upper canthoplasty is also done together with epicanthoplasty Then do I have to live with my epicanthal folds ;

Would it be better to just live with them rather than risk getting exotropia?
