My nose was originally short and slightly upturned, so I had silicone inserted in the nasal bridge, and the nasal tip was lengthened with septal cartilage and ear cartilage. It has been 3 months. I like the shape and everything, but maybe because septal cartilage was used, the nasal tip is so hard... It's seriously stressful. For those who had surgery using septal cartilage and it has been a long time, is it still rock-hard even after 1 or 2 years?
