It’s been over 2 years, and something grew to the point that it almost blocked my nostril, so I went in. At that time, they only gave me medication, but when I went again the day before yesterday, they said the dissolvable suture hadn’t dissolved and had formed something like inflammation So after 2 years, I had the dissolvable suture removed.. (I thought I was going to die from the pain..)... applied medication, and came back with antibiotics.... hahaha Seriously.. living after surgery is hard.. mentally.. Everyone, check whether your dissolvable sutures have actually dissolved.
