My nostrils show from the front so much that the area where the columella starts is completely exposed, and it’s driving me crazy. After surgery, it’s not that the nasal skin stretched and made the nose look higher; as you can see in the photo, it feels like only the nostrils got freaking longer, so from the front all you can see are nostrils. Now it’s been four and a half months
