On day 8 after surgery, which was yesterday, I had both the Gore-Tex and nasal septal cartilage removed. I had such a hard time emotionally for a week, and after the removal surgery yesterday, when they showed me the implants that had been inside my nose, I just started crying For now, after getting everything taken out, I feel relieved inside, but I'm so worried whether I’ll be able to get my original appearance back.. I heard it’s good to remove them early, so I did it on day 8, but how much can my nose, which looked upturned after surgery, return to normal? (I didn’t have concerns about an upturned nose before surgery, but after surgery my nostrils stood out too much from the front, so I had them removed.. The clinic said they hadn’t touched the nasal tip and that it was all swelling, and told me just to wait for it to go down..) I heard massage and things like that can help, but I don’t know how to do it, and I’m wondering what the recovery process is like. Please help me, those with experience
