Nose Re-Surgery

I’m not sure if silicone is inside

I’m a 22-year-old woman who has recently started seriously considering removal because I really dislike how artificial my nose looks.. When I had the procedure, I think they put in silicone, but I don’t know whether it’s L-shaped or I-shaped. The nasal tip is hard and it does move well, but they didn’t use septal cartilage? or ear cartilage at all. They didn’t do anything like shaving a hump either, and when I think back to the surgery, I think they cut between the nostrils, lifted it up, and just shoved the silicone in. In this kind of case, would removal surgery be somewhat easier?

Oh, I just went to that clinic’s website and looked, and it says they build up the bridge with silicone and lift the cartilage in the nasal tip for the tip. I have no idea what “lifting the cartilage” means;;;
