These are before removal/after removal. These are photos after removing silicone. A little cartilage;;;;;?
I really have nowhere else to ask but here. When I posted in another cafe, I'm burning up inside, and people were just sitting there asking for hospital information.... Maybe they meant we should avoid that hospital.... I got annoyed and deleted my post there ㅠㅠ
As I wrote below too, silicone + ear cartilage + strut (I think the strut was probably ear cartilage)
At the removal hospital, both during the consultation and before going into surgery, they said they would remove everything.
But 10 days after surgery, when I asked on their website,

I'm not exactly sure whether the strut was septal cartilage, but there was a strut in the columella.
If cartilage was used, it seems likely that septal cartilage was used, and this was not removed.
That's what they wrote. I was dumbfounded........
What's even more ridiculous is that when I gently touched my nose with oil to massage it, the thing that had been there before surgery near the nasal tip
(the kind of round thing that feels like cartilage...) was still there...
I was speechless.. First, I'm planning to go back and confirm. I really don't want to have removal done at this hospital,
but I don't think they'll give me a refund, so I'm going to trust them one last time and try removing it ㅠㅠ
I heard somewhere that if you're going to have surgery, you should do it as early as possible, otherwise you have to wait 6 months to 1 year. I'm going to talk to the director tomorrow and try to schedule surgery for Tuesday or as soon as possible.
What I'm curious about is!
(Before-surgery nose) Maybe because it's a photo, it doesn't show well... or maybe I had Photoshopped the hump down a little at that time... If you look at the second photo, not the first one, because of the dorsal hump, the nasal tip looks more bent. ▲
It seems like the strut and a little cartilage are still left now...
If the strut is removed, the nose gets lifted at first and then gradually comes down, right?
Then does that mean it will droop like that? (I did exaggerate by pulling the nasal tip down...)
Does that mean it will change from the very top after-removal photo into the photo above like that?ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ
