Two years ago, I had buried-suture double eyelid surgery and medial epicanthoplasty, but it loosened a bit, so last year I had a full incisional procedure. This photo is a little over 1 year later. My eyes are uneven. The mucous membrane where there is a bit of eyelid is also slightly everted, so I went to the place where I had surgery and talked about various things. The director said that, first of all, one side of the medial epicanthoplasty had loosened, and that the muscle on that eye is stronger, so he thought the back part of the double eyelid would roll upward without being stitched? down, and that is why he operated that way. So this time, he says he will make the lines the same by doing the loosened side of the medial epicanthoplasty and stitching once more at the back of the double eyelid on that eye.. And he said that even if the line is made with an incision, it gradually becomes thinner over time.. I went in thinking I would need a complete revision surgery.. Because it is somewhat noticeable. Especially the side where the medial epicanthoplasty loosened also has a poor line, so I thought it looked even more like that, but since the director says he will fix that part, I do not know whether I should have revision surgery, or, as the director said, just redo the medial epicanthoplasty on that eye and add one more stitch only to the back of the double eyelid line.. Now that this would be my third time on the operating table.. each person's opinion becomes important. Please look at the photos and tell me what you think..
