I went to consultations at 3 places, but they said the eyes I want aren’t possible Eye consultation…

This is a bit long, but everyone who knows eyes well or is interested in eyes, please help~~~~ The eyes I wanted were about these things: 1. The shape and starting point of my epicanthoplasty are different, so I wondered if they could be matched through revision surgery 2. If correction is possible through revision surgery, what happens to the existing scar, and whether the scar from revision epicanthoplasty can be made unnoticeable 3. Whether it’s possible to make the inner corners of my eyes look more open and clear 4. Whether the line scar can be changed nicely through revision surgery 5. Whether the sausage-like swelling on my right eye can be removed 6. Whether I need ptosis correction 7. Whether I need lateral canthoplasty Those were the 7 things. The epicanthoplasty shape I wanted was like the drawing above. I went to consultations at 3 places in total. The first place said revision epicanthoplasty is not possible. They said if I do restoration, my eyes would look stuffy, so they also didn’t recommend restoration. And for no. 3, to make the inner corners look more open, they recommended upper epicanthoplasty, but I said I didn’t want it because I don’t like the epicanthoplasty shape after upper epicanthoplasty. Then they told me surgery could be done like below. Surgery: incisional revision double eyelid surgery, line correction, sausage-like swelling correction, depressed scar correction and shape correction through revision epicanthoplasty The second place was a clinic famous for lateral canthoplasty. They explained revision epicanthoplasty and revision double eyelid surgery, but I thought it would be better not to do them, so I received explanations about lower eyelid fat repositioning and lateral canthoplasty. The third place also advised against all the other surgeries and recommended lower eyelid fat repositioning and lateral lower canthoplasty. Since my eyes are originally small, I was considering lateral canthoplasty, but before going to consultations, I kept looking at my eyes and thinking about it, and I realized my dissatisfaction with the epicanthoplasty is bigger. So I’m debating whether I should go for consultations at other places or just do lower eyelid fat repositioning + lateral canthoplasty
