First, I went to ㅎㅁ, ㄸㅋ, ㅇㅂㅈ, ㅅㅍㄹㅅ, and ㅇㄹ In order of hardest to book consultations: ㄸㅋ <ㅇㄹ <ㅅㅍㄹㅅ < ㅇㅂㅈ < ㅎㅁ I think I went to ㅇㄹ a bit by mistake because I misheard the initials. It wasn't bad, but the place everyone was talking about wasn't that place... First, ㄸㅋ was the cheapest And it was the most just kind of quick consultation; same for surgery, there wasn't really any sales pressure, and they only mentioned repositioning. ㅅㅍㄹㅅ This place was the worstㅋㅋ The hospital looked grand, but there were lots of Chinese patients, and the doctor suddenly grabbed my chin and said my chin was very crooked and started talking about implants or whatever, even though I hadn't mentioned itㅋㅋ I asked about double-eyelid surgery because I have ptosis and get wrinkles on my forehead, but they talked about a forehead lift.. I'm still in my 20s..^^ I don't think my wrinkles are severe enough to need a lift, at least. Then for the under-eye fat repositioning I went to consult about, they said I would also need fat grafting to improve the hollowing. The price was 2nn. But I just passed because the doctor's attitude didn't match with me. I never asked for estimates for other things, but it felt really unpleasant. It wasn't that I was offended by an evaluation of my face; I consider them major surgeries, and I disliked how they talked as if they were nothing. ㅇㅂㅈ It somehow seemed professional, and my impression of the hospital itself was good. So before going to ㅎㅁ, I had thought maybe I should do it here. The consultant was also very kind, and here too they recommended micro-fat grafting. They said to try fat grafting first and then do repositioning, so it felt like: first see how the grafted fat survives, and if repositioning is needed, do it then.? ㅎㅁ The doctor has a slightly narcissistic side..ㅋㅋ But I just thought maybe they have exceptional pride in their work. They said, at my young age, why would I need fat grafting, and to do it later if needed; they said they personally think fat grafting and things like that are all marketing tactics. And they said most accidents happen during anesthesia, so they don't do sedation anesthesia. Honestly, in terms of surgery, I'm conservative, so I trusted this place the most, but I feel like I saw reviews saying that if something goes wrong, they act like they don't know, so has anyone done it there? The price was the most expensive here, and since they said there's no sedation anesthesia, honestly I'm scared. I've never even had double-eyelid surgery.. They didn't really explain in detail how they perform the surgery, and were exactly the professor type who just repeats what they want to say. The clinic was smaller than the previous ones and had a countryside feel, kind of warm, but I'm wondering if it's okay to decide and proceed like this. I don't have much under-eye fat, but the area is somewhat hollow, so I'm even more worried..

I did it at ㅎㅁ My family members did it at other hospitals, but I'm the only one still maintaining the result (I did it during COVID) Very satisfied... I scare easily, so I had a strong fear of local anesthesia, but it was more manageable than I expected

And for surgical precautions and things like that, they just talk about them during the consultation and that's it. The guidance isn't particularly detailed compared with other hospitals. If you only need under-eye fat repositioning and think you can do it with just local anesthesia, it might be okay to do it here
