Has anyone had nostril lowering with autologous costal cartilage and ended up with nostril asymmetry? My nostrils looked pinched, so nostril lowering surgery was recommended to me and I had it done, but now they’re uneven, so I’m upset. Please recommend a hospital that is good at correcting nostril and nasal ala asymmetry.
