Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

Let’s discuss revision surgery for the nasal tip (implant-free rhinoplasty)

I ended up getting surgery only on my nasal tip, or more precisely because my columella was retracted. But they only lowered it a very tiny bit. When I asked why, they said it was because they were worried my nostrils would become too large and my columella would look droopy. They said they would do revision surgery for me if I wanted. So in the end, when I consulted elsewhere, they said it was a retracted columella. Now I’ll ask for your opinions. 1. Go back to the original hospital, carefully show them the nose I want, and do it again. 2. Do it at another hospital that is good at implant-free rhinoplasty. What would you do?
