I had silicone put in the bridge of my nose, and they said they put ear cartilage between the nasal tip cartilages, tied the cartilage on both sides together, and then covered the outside with AlloDerm. Is the surgical method above considered placing a support strut? People keep saying support strut, support strut.. but I don’t know what that is Please reply.
