Hi everyone, I’m considering revision rhinoplasty

Hi everyone I’m a man, but my skin is thin and on the slightly fair side. I do have a nasal bridge, and I had septal surgery 10 years ago, but my nasal tip is low, the bridge isn’t straight and is a bit uneven, and it’s somewhat crooked. The first place I had a consultation at first recommended revision rhinoplasty without an implant, using autologous costal cartilage, ear cartilage, ear dermis, etc. The cost was 7. But they said crooked noses are all like that and can’t be perfectly corrected, and emphasized that it’s enough if the nasal tip is built up well. But the downside is that I had waited a long time and only went there after looking into it lightly, so I felt a bit less drawn to it. They did touch my nose and tell me the extent to which it could be raised. And it would be under general anesthesia. The second place is also famous, they suggested autologous costal cartilage, crooked nose correction (osteotomy for slight crookedness), silicone, lowering the columella, using ear cartilage, etc., under sedation anesthesia. The cost made me gasp; after final price adjustment, 10. This place was recommended by an acquaintance of an acquaintance, so I feel more drawn to it, and they say it’s also famous for revision surgery, so I’m leaning more toward it. But I’m also worried that the silicone might show because my skin is thin. (They said they would use 2 mm with dermis? covering it, so it would show less.) I already paid the deposit, and the surgery is about a month later. I already had the basic tests done at an affiliated hospital. Should I just trust and go with the place I booked, even though it’s expensive and I’m a little worried about the implant, because it’s famous?
