I had an osteotomy, and I thought osteotomy meant shaving down the sides of the nose. Is that not right? If it’s removed, will my nose become lower than my original nose?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
