I had my nose... osteotomy, hump shaving, alar reduction, and 3 mm silicone inserted... but fluid kept building up in the nasal bridge... I got treatment, but it didn't work... so I had it removed... But... it's been a week, and I think it looks fairly okay... Before removing it... my nose was really fine... but suddenly, when it had been 1 year since surgery, the silicone started moving left and right... so I went to the clinic and they said fluid had accumulated... Compared with the silicone, my septal cartilage nasal tip is high right now, but I think it was good that I didn't remove the tip too,, I think it would have looked too flat... If possible, I told the doctor I hate the tip feeling hard, so since I was removing it anyway, please remove everything... but they told me not to remove it... and I think it's okay, in its own way... I really went through so much emotional stress... I hope I don't get inflammation anymore now... But I guess I still have to worry about contracture, right... If the septal cartilage in the nasal tip was left in place, is there no contraction period??~ I want to upload photos... hmm If you give me your KakaoTalk ID, I'll show you. Sigh... It hasn't even been a week... but I can't quit smoking, so I'm smoking... and I'm worried about that too... I'm also drinking beer... 500 ml at a time... Isn't inflammation caused by silicone??..
