Why.. I liked it right after removal, but now that it’s been about two months.. maybe because it’s the contraction phase, why does my nose look so upturned and bunched up?? Does it come back down? Thisㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
