The price is cheap, so I've been going regularly. The effect is mild, but if it doesn't suit me I definitely feel like my jaw develops, so I've been getting it every 4 months I'm getting the domestic one for now, but if I develop resistance I'll switch to imported. It doesn't feel especially professional or super kind, but it's cheap and in a good location, so I keep going.
