I had my first nose surgery with hump reduction + very thin silicone, under 1 mm, + ear cartilage, but after injuring my nose and getting inflammation, I looked into revision surgery. I got a quote of around 5 million won at an ENT clinic that does cosmetic surgery too... this place was much cheaper!! Both directors consulted with me, and I liked that they said they make the implant in advance with a 3D print. But this time I decided to go with no implant and only the tip. I still had the hump reduced again ㅠㅠ It was still there ㅠㅠ Also, the manager is nice, funny, and cool ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ Anyway, I set the surgery date and put down the reservation.
