I had double buried sutures done, and unless it’s a swollen day, it looks really natural
I started school less than a month later, and from about 2 months on, I think it settled in really naturally without looking awkward.
Since it was non-incisional, after the stitches were removed and about a week passed, most of the major swelling went down
I had it under local anesthesia, so I can’t forget how the doctor kept pinching the shape and telling me to open my eyes to check it
It was a constant repetition of ‘Open your eyes’ ‘Close them’..... The anesthetic injection hurt the most
