Photos deleted It might be because it's only the second day now, but other people don't seem to be this bad. Those who have had removal, please help me.. My nose was originally really small, with small nostrils and an upturned nose, but it was in harmony with my face. Now after removal, it looks too bulbous, and there is no boundary under the nose.. That area is just round, and the biggest issue is that the boundary is gone... There is no boundary between the nostrils and the nasal dorsum. I had septal cartilage + ear cartilage + donated costal cartilage removal + cartilage release, and I didn't know the hospital that did the surgery had even used donated costal cartilage. When I look at reviews, usually many people return to their original shape, so why am I like this? I also had cartilage release, but if I have surgery again and only do cartilage binding, will it be okay?
